Manla Kar is porcine atelocollagen, taken from pig skin, which is around 85% collagen. An enzyme step removes the telopeptides, the end sections the immune system tends to recognize.

How do clinics use Manla Kar?
Manla Kar is always diluted first. For the under-eye area, the supplier describes mixing 1 mL with 1 mL of normal saline and applying it with a 4 mm microneedle.
For a water-light session, it is mixed 1:1:1 with saline and water-light solution, using 2 to 3 mL of the mix per treatment. Mix just before use, turning the syringe gently, and discard what is left.
