Regenovue Deep is a monophasic gel of 24 mg/mL non-animal hyaluronic acid cross-linked with BDDE. Monophasic means one smooth, even phase without loose particles, so it spreads evenly and keeps its shape.
NeoGenesis lists a low endotoxin level for the gel. The standard Deep has no anesthetic, which suits patients or clinics that prefer to control numbing separately.

They are the same gel, and the only difference is lidocaine. Deep Plus adds 0.3% lidocaine for comfort during injection.
