Aesthefill is a PDLLA collagen stimulator from REGEN Biotech in Korea, supplied as a freeze-dried powder in a single vial. Rather than adding filler, it prompts the skin to build its own collagen, so volume shows up gradually over the months after treatment. It is the deep-placement member of the PDLLA family.
What is Aesthefill?
Aesthefill is poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres, reconstituted in clinic before use. The amorphous D,L form reconstitutes faster and spreads more evenly in suspension than crystalline PLLA.
Its particles are larger than those in Juvelook, which suits the deeper plane where support is built.
What is Aesthefill used for?
It suits patients whose skin has thinned across a whole region, not just in one hollow. Because nothing is added, the result does not look filled.
How is Aesthefill prepared and placed?
Reconstitute before use and dissolve by gentle swirling, never shaking. Diluent, hydration time, depth and technique follow REGEN Biotech’s instructions in the box; placement is subcutaneous or deep dermal, with post-treatment massage.
Avoid treating active infection, known hypersensitivity, keloid tendency, pregnancy or breastfeeding. Aesthefill is for licensed medical professionals only.

How does Aesthefill compare with Juvelook?
Both are PDLLA. Aesthefill goes deeper to rebuild structure, while Juvelook sits superficially to work on texture. Many clinics stock both.
For a PLLA alternative, see Power COL-TRA PLLA. PDLLA and PLLA work the same way, by triggering collagen, but the D,L form handles differently in the vial.
