BB Glow #23 is the middle shade in our DM.Cell BB Glow range and the one most salons order first. It is a Korean tinted serum for light-medium to medium skin. Because it sits in the centre, it can be shifted lighter with #21 or deeper with #25.
What is BB Glow #23?
BB Glow #23 is a cosmetic tinted serum for professional BB Glow treatments, supplied in single-shade boxes of vials. The base carries niacinamide, peptides, hyaluronic acid and plant extracts alongside the pigment.
Niacinamide and hyaluronic acid are two ingredients often used for brightness and hydration. Vial size and count are printed on the box.

BB Glow #23 covers a wide band of skin tones, so it is the safest starting shade for a new salon.

How is BB Glow #23 applied?
BB Glow is a salon or clinic service, not a home make-up product. The skin is cleansed and stripped of oil first, then the serum is worked into the top layer in small sections with a microneedling pen or nano cartridge, following the maker’s directions.
Most providers plan a course of 3 to 5 visits, one to two weeks apart. The tint is temporary and fades over time, so clients come back for top-ups. Follow local rules on microneedling.
