What is Dermalax Implant Plus?
Dermalax Implant Plus is a non-animal hyaluronic acid gel, cross-linked with BDDE into a dense monophasic filler, with lidocaine for comfort. It has the same HA concentration as Deep Plus, but the gel is firmer so it keeps its shape at depth.
Note the box size: Implant Plus comes as two syringes, while the other Dermalax types come as one.

The gel goes into the deep dermis or subcutaneous layer, often with a 27G or 25G needle. Work slowly, in small deposits, and map the anatomy before nose or jaw work.
