The three types of advanced purification and stability processes that make up BioPlus’ patented MCL (Multi-Staged Cross-Linking) technology—Multiple Degree Amphiphilic Purification (MDAP), Divinyl sulfone Multi-Crosslink Technology (DCMT), and Micro Bead Monophasic Technology (MBMT)—allow for this. Throughout the manufacturing process, a three-step hyaluronic acid micro-beading process maximizes the gel’s viscosity. By using less BDDE, the cross-linking rate increases, creating a cohesive gel with high viscosity that holds its shape after injection, offering excellent molding power and longer durability. In addition, the filler has a stable molecular structure like a pearl bead and good hydrophilicity, which maximizes the volumizing impact.
