QT Fine Filler (QT Fill Plus Fine) is the soft gel in the QT Fill Plus hyaluronic acid range from S.Thepharm, South Korea. It is made for fine lines and careful lip border work. Each box holds one 1.1 mL syringe of 24 mg/mL HA with 0.3% lidocaine.
What is QT Fine Filler?
QT Fine Filler is a cross-linked HA filler with lidocaine, supplied with two 30G needles. It sits one step above AQ in firmness and below Deep and Sub-Q.
S.Thepharm makes the gel with its UHD (Ultra High Density) cross-linking process, which combines chemical cross-linking using a small amount of BDDE with a physical cross-linking step. The aim is an elastic, uniform gel with little leftover cross-linker.
What is QT Fine Filler used for?
Fine targets shallow lines and subtle lip shaping in the superficial to upper dermis.
- Periorbital lines
- Fine forehead lines and glabellar lines
- Perioral lines and lip contour
- Light marionette lines
How is QT Fine Filler used?
Inject into the superficial to upper dermis with the 30G needles in the box, using small, even deposits. The lidocaine reduces discomfort during the procedure.
Effects are usually seen for about 3 to 6 months, with maintenance sessions every 6 months or so. Store at room temperature, away from sunlight and moisture. For licensed medical professionals only.

If you only need skin texture and the finest lines, QT Plus AQ Filler is softer still.
