Revolax Fine is a monophasic hyaluronic acid filler made by Across Co., Ltd. in South Korea. It is the softest of the three Revolax gels and is placed superficially, so clinics use it for fine lines and delicate areas. Each box holds one 1.1 mL syringe with 0.3% lidocaine and two 30G needles.
What is Revolax Fine?
Revolax Fine is cross-linked sodium hyaluronate at 24 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine. The HA is made by bacterial fermentation, not from animal tissue, and cross-linked with BDDE.
All three Revolax types share the same HA concentration. What changes is gel firmness, and Fine is the softest, made for the superficial to upper dermis.
What is Revolax Fine used for?
It is used to soften surface lines where a firmer gel would show or feel lumpy. It is not meant for volume or projection.

How do clinics use Revolax Fine?
Inject it shallowly with the 30G needles in the box, slowly and in small amounts. The fine needle size reflects how superficially this gel is meant to sit.
Placing a soft gel too deep wastes it, and placing a firm gel too shallow can cause lumps or a bluish tint, so match the gel to the plane. Because it is HA, it can be dissolved with hyaluronidase. Revolax Fine is for licensed medical professionals only.

Both contain 24 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. Fine is softer and goes shallower for surface lines, while Deep is the medium gel for folds and lip body.
