Have you experienced unsatisfactory results after your filler injection? Don’t worry—Liporase is the ultimate solution for removing unwanted filler gels from your face and body. It is made of 1500IU Hyaluronidase, which can effectively dissolve hyaluronic acid-based fillers. It comes in a powder solution in a 10mL vial.
Liporase mainly contains hyaluronidase, an enzyme that easily dissolves hyaluronic acid (HA) by speeding up the body’s absorption rate. Daehan New Pharm Co. developed it to correct unsatisfactory results from dermal filler injections, such as overfilling, uneven distribution, incorrect placement, or accidental injection into the vein.
It is important to emphasize that Liporase specifically acts on synthetic hyaluronic acid, rapidly reversing the effects of the dermal filler without causing harm to the body’s natural hyaluronic acid. Liporase can enhance the efficacy of fat-dissolving injections. Liporase Hyaluronidase is verified and approved by the KFDA as a dissolving agent. Additionally, it possesses several indications that can substantially impact attaining the desired results, including enhancing the absorption and dispersion of other administered medications, enhancing the delivery of subcutaneous fluids, and promoting the absorption of radiopaque agents.
Liporase contains 1500IU of hyaluronidase and 13.3mg of lactose hydrate as a preservative.
Liporase can be administered in locations where filler injections have shown poor outcomes, particularly in the facial area and lips. Liporase may be administered via injection in any of the following conditions:
Liporase is a Class III Medical Device certified and created in a manufacturing facility that follows current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Clinical trials have provided evidence of its safety and effectiveness. Nevertheless, it is essential to exercise caution before administering Liporase.
Before administering Liporase, it is necessary to do a patch test on patients to ascertain the presence of any allergic response. First, administer Liporase via subcutaneous injection and observe for any allergic reaction for 20 minutes. It is essential to be aware that a small amount of redness and swelling at the injection’s location is considered normal. If hives or any other symptoms of anaphylaxis develop, do not continue with the treatment.
Before administering, Liporase is typically combined with 1.5mL of saline solution or water for injection, using approximately 1500IU of the product. When combining the powder with saline, carefully rotate the bottle and avoid vigorous shaking. Additionally, lidocaine can be used to dissolve it, reducing the discomfort associated with injection.
Mix 5 mL of saline with 1 vial of Liporase, and then withdraw the resulting solution. Administer the injection to the target area to enhance the efficacy of the fat-dissolving agent. It is crucial to emphasize that Liporase and fat-dissolving agents should not be combined; they must be injected or supplied one after the other to achieve optimal results.
Upon injection, Liporase initiates the dissolution of hyaluronic acid (HA). Depending on the concentration of HA, the benefits can be immediate and become fully obvious within 24-48 hours. If traces of HA remain after the initial treatment, follow-up procedures may be performed.
