UltraFill Deep is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from the Korean UltraFill brand. It is the mid-firmness gel of the line and the one most clinics use day to day.
What is UltraFill Deep?
UltraFill Deep is a 1.1 mL syringe of 24 mg/mL cross-linked HA with 0.3% lidocaine, and it is the second of four UltraFill grades. All four grades share the same HA concentration and differ only in gel firmness.
It has enough body to support a fold while staying smooth under the skin. The built-in lidocaine reduces sting after the first small deposit.
What is UltraFill Deep used for?
Deep is used for folds and moderate volume loss:
- Nasolabial folds
- Marionette lines
- Lip volume
- Areas of moderate volume loss
How is UltraFill Deep injected?
The usual target is the deep dermis, with a needle or cannula depending on the area. Inject gradually and check symmetry as you go.
Many injectors keep Fine for the lip border and Deep for the body of the lip. UltraFill Deep is for licensed medical professionals only, and hyaluronidase should be on hand for corrections.

Both have 24 mg/mL HA and 0.3% lidocaine. Fine is the softer gel for superficial lines, while Deep is firmer for folds and volume.
