What is Chaeum Premium 4?
Chaeum Premium 4 is a monophasic cross-linked HA filler at 20 mg/mL with 0.3% lidocaine. It is the most tightly cross-linked of the four grades, so it holds its shape most firmly.
Hugel cross-links the gel slowly at low temperature and purifies it by long dialysis. This is designed to give low leftover BDDE and a steady push on the plunger, even with a firm gel.
