Monalisa Soft is the lightest hyaluronic acid filler in the Monalisa range from Genoss Co., Ltd. in South Korea. Its particles are about 200 µm, the smallest of the four Monalisa grades. This version has no lidocaine and is made for shallow lines rather than volume.
What is Monalisa Soft?
Monalisa Soft is a 1 mL syringe of cross-linked hyaluronic acid at 24 mg/mL with a fine 200 µm particle. It is the superficial grade of the Monalisa line, below Mild, Hard and Ultra.
Because the particles are small, the gel sits close to the surface without forming lumps when it is placed correctly.
What is Monalisa Soft used for?
Monalisa Soft targets fine lines, mostly around the eyes. It can also smooth light creases where a heavier gel would show.

How is Monalisa Soft injected?
The target layer is the superficial dermis, with small aliquots and a fine needle. With no anesthetic in the syringe, most clinics apply a topical numbing cream first.
The thin skin around the eyes needs careful, conservative placement. Final technique is up to the injector. Monalisa Soft is for licensed medical professionals only and should be injected by trained practitioners.
