UltraFill Shape is a cross-linked hyaluronic acid dermal filler from the Korean UltraFill brand. It sits one step below Implant and is built for defining the cheeks, chin and jawline.
What is UltraFill Shape?
UltraFill Shape is a 1.1 mL syringe of 24 mg/mL cross-linked HA with 0.3% lidocaine, and it is the third of four UltraFill grades. All four grades share the same HA concentration and differ only in gel firmness.
The brand calls its cross-linking process HBCT and describes the gel as even and stable. It lifts more than Deep without the very high firmness of Implant.

How is UltraFill Shape injected?
Shape is placed from the deep dermis down to the subcutaneous layer, often with a cannula for broader areas. Build volume in stages and reassess before adding more.
Layering Shape deep and a softer gel above it is a common approach for midface work. UltraFill Shape is for licensed medical professionals only, and hyaluronidase should be on hand for corrections.
